um, yeah, going with the sweet potato casserole

I made one of the previously mentioned and linked sweet potato balls. I am a fan of coconut and sweet potatoes and marshmallows, so I thought I'd love them. I was wrong. They're okay, but I'm glad I only made one.

that's totally funny. i called my sister yesterday to find out how she cooks her sweet potatoes. my mom got on the phone and was telling me about a sister that she works with in primary that does the rolled up with marshmallow inside thing. all i could say was yuck.
