Yeah, my ped told me I could take them while BF because I will be crazy without it.

Oh and cool. I've tried just B vites and potassium and it helps some, but I think I will give this a shot - especially with winter coming on.

Yep, B's help, and potassium can, but I can take two of these capsules and start feeling calmer/better within about 15 minutes. I love them because I only have to take them when I need them, usually just a couple of doses for a couple of days, although there are times I have to take them for longer periods of time.

I don't know how fast their shipping is. They're local to me so I go pick it up usually.
you could check out local healthfood stores and see if they carry it. Some do here.
Actually, last time I used their regular shipping, it was quite quick. That was in 2002 though when I bought some prenatal thing while I was prego with Emily. They use priority for their slowest method.
I will check out our one and only health food store - oh wait, I'm going to Dallas tomorrow. Hmmmm.

When Logan worked for them it was at the Springville store. I don't think they have that one anymore though. She used to make me take BF&C when I was sick. I can still taste it. So nasty.
