Friday Fave Five!!! (okay, it's really going to be 10 this week)

1. Dr. Howell -- an amazing children's dentist. If you have kids and are local to us (i.e., Utah County), go see him. My scaredy cat 7yo loves his office and actually lets him look in her mouth AND she got a sealant this week without too much fuss.
2. Lactose free ice cream -- hubby can satisfy his craving for ice cream without fumigating the bedroom at night. I divided the carton in half and mixed mint in one half and natural peanut butter and chocolate syrup into the other, then froze them in separate containers. He ate the PB/chocolate one in one sitting and didn't get sick. That's a very good thing.
3. Kleenix brand tissues with lotion. We go through them a lot and don't have sore noses to show for it.
4. Uniball signo gel grip gel ink pens. My lurve them. They write well and don't dry out when I leave the cap off. oops.
5. My co-workers. They help keep me sane -- working a job at home where you see no one and the only communication you have is email, having funny co-workers who also listen to you when you're down is a saving grace, one of the Lord's tender mercies.
6. ULTRAM. This drug, taken with Tylenol, has been helping my chest pain and fatigue immensely. PLUS, I'm getting better sleep at night, which means my chest doesn't hurt as much the next day, too, since I'm not tossing and turning. It also means I'm not keeping hubby up or stealing blankets, so we're happy.
7. Tony Little Gazelle. The man drives me crazy, but I lurve me Gazelle, even if I can't use it every day just yet.
8. Root canals ... on other people. Hubby needed one and finally got it. We are *all* happier campers now.
9. Leslie Sansone. I really get jazzed doing her walking videos, and I bought her book to help develop better eating habits, too. Slowly but surely, I *am* bringing sexy back.
10. Dried Apricots. Help calm down my craving for candy and sweets. Except chocolate. There is only one cure for chocolate cravings. gah.

So ... we've had a rough week. teeth and bosses and emotions and headaches and sternum pain and doctors ... me feeling fat and lazy and getting in trouble at work for missing so much of it. My boss suggested I consider going back on medical leave, which I might if I can't get the pain and my depression back under control. Which means ... I *have* to work out every day for the depression, and then pop pills for the pain. Wahoo.
