that's dinosaur for "crappy dealership service departments should listen to their customers and not blow them off because they're women."
Took the car in for an oil change, had a coupon, told them I wanted the price but not the tire rotation because there was uneven wear on one of the tires (due to a problem with the car that they haven't been able to figure out).
They rotated them anyway.
The car shakes and rattles now. It didn't before.
poop.

I have totally had that happen. They rotated the tires from the back to the front, and apparently, one of the tires had a small bald spot, so being on the front made a huge noise. We had to replace 2 of the tires. Boo.
I had them un-rotate them back, and made an appointment for next week. something's up with the brakes, which rubbed a bald spot on one tire. i've told them there's a problem with the brakes more than once (hoping to get it covered under warranty, but it's doubtful at this point, losers) but they can't figure it out. last chance tomorrow, then off to a different repair shop.
How obnoxious. Just do what I tell you and nothing more!
