"accomplishments"

hahaha ... there are nights I feel all "accomplished" when I make dinner -- if hubby (a carnivore) AND Munchkin (a picky little stink who doesn't eat much meat) both eat it. Tonight was one of the good nights. A version of shepherd's pie -- ground chicken (the only meat I can always get Munchkin to eat), canned corn and black beans, frozen green beans, with garlic mashed yukon gold potatoes topped with cheese. They both ate it all and hubby was having more when I just went out there. mwahahahahah

Of course, Munchkin might have only eaten hers for the promise of a small slice of buttermilk pie ... which is something else I didn't think she'd eat but she DID. And LIKED it.
